About Us

Noritex is an emerging latex design label from Vienna / Austria.

Creative head of Noritex is Olivia who debuted at the Skopas Fashion Night in Switzerland in spring 2010. After numerous courses at the London College of Fashion and a long quest for something bizarre and burlesque she has finally settled on the retro-futuristic beauty of Steampunk as an unfailing source of inspiration - the esthetic merging of the past and the future into a thrilling fashion collection.

Intrigued by the styles of late Victorian and especially Edwardian times, Noritex combines period inspired patterns and jacquard designs with industrial style elements like gearwheels, watch hands and the intensive use of metallic colours. Olivia's passion for music videos offers just another endless source to draw upon.

Finally, even the label's name is derived from ancient times - it's a hint at the Latin name of its birthplace in Roman times, Noricum.
